Impact 21 Introduces Financial Executive, Ken Heintz, as Principal Consultant
Lexington, KY, October 26, 2023 – Impact 21, a consulting firm that enables specialty retail, convenience, and energy clients to deliver seamless customer experiences, added Ken Heintz to the team as a Principal consultant. An accomplished finance executive, Heintz brings progressive and innovative business leadership to Impact 21. His expertise spans across international retail, CPG, specialty retail, and non-profit industries. Heintz holds a proven track record of improving profit performance, strong financial planning and analysis, business partnerships, and successful market expansion.

Heintz held executive and senior leadership roles for top CPG and specialty retail brands for 35 years. He established his own consulting firm, Heintz Business Solutions, LLC, leading brands in business strategy, retail management, integrated logistics management, and financial management. He directed the international expansion of Loft stores for Ascena Retail Group. As Assistant Vice President (AVP) of International Finance & Operations, Victoria’s Secret Beauty & Accessories (VSBA) at Limited Brands, he managed the rapid expansion of the VSBA concept in local market and travel retail locations. He also served as Director of Corporate Finance, US Controller for Kao Brands (Andrew Jergens Company). His financial acumen is evident in experiences as CFO, COO, and Treasurer for the Ohio State Bar Association, Senior Manager of Finance at Intel, and Manager of Finance for Procter & Gamble.

Finance focused from the start, Heintz gained his BA, Cum Laude, from Cornell College in Economics and Business, International Business, and Politics. He went on to achieve an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross Graduate School of Business. Heintz has shared his mastery of international business, finance, and logistics, delivering lectures at the University of Tennessee, Ohio State University, Michigan State University, and the Trend Seeder Accelerator Program in New York City.
