He also efficiently managed the data and dashboards for a rapid growth tech company, resulting in streamlined processes, improved data analysis, and enhanced decision-making. Michal collaborated with UX developers in an AGILE environment to create and enhance app functionality and user experience and championed cross-departmental problem solving and strategic initiatives.
As Manager of Online Sales & E-Commerce for Oliver Gal, Michal analyzed business intelligence data and managed a team of sales operation analysts. Michal successfully implemented data-driven e-commerce strategies to drive online sales more effectively across outlets such as Amazon, Overstock, and Wayfair. Michal also served as a Consultant for Corporate Development, Data, & Research at Clearblock Insights. There he devised and executed market growth strategies for cryptocurrency and Web 3.0, effectively delivering value to target market clients and users. At ARM Safety Products LLC, Michal worked as both a Consultant of Corporate Strategy and Manager of Sales Strategy. He led his team in implementing KPI reporting and sales forecasting and conducted comprehensive market data analysis. He also worked as a Forum Research Associate, Technology, Media, and Telecom for Third Bridge Group for the qualitative investment research business division.
Born in Dallas but raised in Boca Raton, Michal headed to Florida State University to gain his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, Entrepreneurship. He now calls Deerfield Beach, Florida home, where he can often be found either on a pickleball or tennis court or keeping fit at the gym. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his interest in cars, music and reading.
