His dedication to improving data-driven results, application adoption, customer service, and operational efficiency is an asset to project teams.
Josh extended his skills throughout his tenure with Crew Carwash. He managed customer service training for all new hires, facilitated advanced customer service and leadership workshops for all levels of management, developed comprehensive workshops and training modules, and created a web-based employee improvement system. His efforts in creating enhanced training material elicited multiple positive gains for the company including, increased loyalty membership, increased subscriptions, and a customer service recognition program.
Born, raised, and currently living in Indianapolis, Josh did not need to go far to attain his Bachelor of Science in HR Management and Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. Whether he is attending concerts, riding bikes, playing kickball, or enjoying meals, Josh’s commitment to relationships and communication is the heart of his personal life.
