Brandon partners with retail and foodservice clients to craft effective brand strategies, articulate their vision, and drive financial success. With proven accomplishments for designing and implementing efficient food concepts that maximize profits, Brandon is highly proficient in team dynamics and workflows. Valued for his ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to solutions and best-for-the-business practices, Brandon’s leadership resulted in awards and recognitions, including Subway World-Wide Developer of the Year, Wendy’s Store of the Year, and CSNews Prepared Foodservice Innovator of the Year.
Prior to joining Impact 21, Brandon served as President of Operations, Sales & Development for Mountain Express Oil. As executive leader he led MEX through retail divestiture and built the Retail-to-Dealer model. At TXB (Texas Born), he acted as Vice President Foodservice Ops where he redesigned the foodservice program and introduced a robust product pipeline, enhancing menu offerings, resulting in significant sales and profit growth. As Sr. Merchandise Manager for CST Brands, he managed merchandising and deli for 400+ c-store locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
At Kangaroo Express as Vice President of Foodservice, Brandon led QSR operations and development for 240 locations with 5 brands, 1,200 deli locations, and all C-Store Corporate Quality Assurance departments. He also acted as National Operations Manager for Pilot Travel Centers. As National Brand Manager of the Subway concept for Pilot, Brandon’s primary responsibilities included operational initiatives, training, marketing, pricing & financial goals. His extensive work on the Subway Brand included: Operational Standards of “One-System/One-Way,” leading Subway training for operations across systems. His accomplishments within the Subway brand were featured in Subway franchise newsletters for Operational Excellence.
Brandon has contributed his expertise to various publications including NACS, C-store Decisions, Convenience Store News, and Store Brands. Today, he and his wife call Atlanta, GA home where he enjoys wearing many hats within his community such as volunteering at his church as Service Minister, leading food banks, household moves, elderly support, and auto repair. He enjoys outdoor leisure activities, such as kayaking and hiking. A bit of a thrill seeker, Brandon sometimes can be found riding and racing motorcycles.
