With Impact 21, Lesley has directed and executed customer loyalty programs and initiatives across multiple organizations to help clients more effectively attract and engage customers.
In 2018, the Network of Executive Women and Winsight recognized Lesley as one of the “Top Women in Convenience” for her work and dedication to helping retailers’ loyalty programs thrive. She currently serves on the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Supplier Board.
