- Created and supported Project Management Office (PMO) to manage Accounting touchpoints of acquisition integration; led work stream efforts to identify, measure and capture synergies; supported enterprise efforts for Accounting, HR, Fuel Management, Back Office System (BOS), Point of Sale (POS), Maintenance, Collaboration and multiple other applications
- Managed projects to upgrade or integrate existing technologies and applications, including hardware, software, network and third party / proprietary applications and systems
- Supported organizational structure, alignment and training of new headquarter-based associates
- Continue to project manage and support Accounting and Phase II Software deployments of existing and new applications
