Commanding a wide range of skills with proficiency, Jessica Huffman bridges the gap between technology and business goals. Her ability to gain knowledge, analyze data, and formulate solutions paired with her enthusiasm and communication skills makes her an asset to any team. 

Jessica audits, inspects, and documents analytics across all practice areas within the company. Utilizing several different software platforms, she manages, cleans, and organizes sensitive data. Jessica develops, produces, and maintains virtual, interactive company-wide reporting through Power BI, providing insights for team projects and time estimates; not only determining current insights, but future projections as well. She has designed and implemented Custom Power Automate Connectors and Flows to allow for more efficient workflow processes, ease of access, and visualizations, while effortlessly collaborating with project managers, team leaders, and coworkers to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. Her mastery ensures confidence from the whole team. 

Jessica attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, earning two degrees simultaneously – a Bachelor of Science in BA with an Information Systems Major (Concentration in Business Data Analytics) and a BSBA with a Marketing Major. She was no stranger to hard work with honors classes, participation in several sales competitions, and landing a spot on the Deans’ List every semester. Jessica describes herself as an extroverted introvert, meaning that she feels quite at home locked in behind the computer completing tasks and at large events mingling with the crowd.
