Heather Heller brings over 25 years of leadership expertise from both the retail and automotive industries. Heather is an Operations Executive with extensive experience and well-developed skills for driving sales and profitability growth. A proven leader in all aspects of multi-unit operations including marketing, merchandise sales, membership & loyalty, employee training, maintenance operations, IT, inventory, and shrink. A dedicated director with excellent communication skills, Heather’s success boasts increasing same store sales, reducing employee turnover, executing marketing plans, and improving loyalty program participation.
Prior to joining the Impact 21 team, Heather served as Vice President of Operations at True Blue Car Wash, where she oversaw the successful integration of 25 new sites that included Point of Sale conversion and installation, historic data integration, building internal and external signage, employee onboarding, site staffing, district realignment and phone, internet and waste disposal setup, all while driving the revenue growth of “fast pass” membership sales by 12%. She managed and led the selection and conversion to a new chemical provider and successfully opened the first de novo site for True Blue in Arizona. Key accomplishments include, the implementation of a new CMMS Maintenance Software System, the creation of a Requests for Proposals for a national uniform provider, spearheading a software consolidation to a single Employee Training platform, and developing an Intranet page for each brand to ensure access to all forms, policies, and procedures.
During her tenure as Retail Operations Director with Circle K Stores, Heather grew same-store sales yearly, reduced employee turnover and merchandise variation, and successfully expanded the customer loyalty program. As Category Manager / Buyer for Circle K Stores, she added 200+ stores to Circle K contracts, programs, and schematics by working with vendors in all markets. Employing category management principles, Heather grew sales by over 3% through the economic downturn. Heather also developed a private label isotonic drink and oversaw distribution nationally within Circle K stores.
Currently residing in Phoenix Arizona, Heather was an acting board member of the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance and Chairperson on the United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona. Heather earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and her master’s in business administration from Drake University.
