- Company going through transition and growth through acquisition requiring a comprehensive Information Technology (IT) refresh of 40-year proprietary IT development to move into a Best-in-Class, and longer-term Best-in-Suite ERP solution. Business areas included: refinery, supply & trading, terminal operation, distribution, logistics, wholesale sales, wholesale & retail operations
- Migration from legacy, custom application suite to best-in-class environment to support the new business landscape, which then migrated to best in suite environment to consolidate targeted functions to single ERP system.

- Established & managed Project Management Office (PMO) to handle 3 large and 5 mid-scale integrations for all retail ERP & supporting systems while migrating to new application suite
- Transitioned to internal PMO with project Manager (PM) support for all internal systems / applications. PMO transitioned organization to Best-in-Class ERP (SAP) implementation for most business facing solutions
- Managed all IT activities associated with refinery acquisition: refinery, distribution/terminals, crude supply, & product pipeline components
- Established & led Integration Project Management (IPMO) while growing retail from 450-1300 stores through company acquisitions
- Managed systems integrators, 20+ interfacing software vendors as well as technical consulting resources necessary to implement SAP
- Provided Project Management support during transition to SAP including leading Master Data Conversion activities

- Implemented Corporate ERP integrated to Best-in-Class years 1-4 and migrated to Best-in-Suite years 5-6. To continue to simplify and optimize accounting data flow, leverage application for master data control and management, provide common platform and shared services across all companies
