Lesley has worked tirelessly over the years to bring new concepts and innovation forward in our channel.  She strives to educate leaders, companies and the industry overall, sharing her passion for learning and advancement. She has led the charge to improve channel performance through category management for twenty years and customer-facing technologies and payments over the past decade.

She is known as the “Loyalty Queen” for our channel. Lesley is sought after for her leadership and knowledge of solutions and integration of technologies. People are drawn to Lesley not only for her technical background, but more so because she is a driver, helping them integrate technology in a way they never dreamed possible. She reminds us every day that we are here to learn, improve, and to stay ahead of the game, driving the message that learning never ends.

It is not every day that someone as wonderful as Lesley gets the recognition she deserves. So, we jump at this opportunity to sing her praises and share just a few of her many accomplishments.

  • Lesley authored the NACS future Study 2000 – 2005 – Technology
  • She led the charge for Impact 21, in collaboration with NACS, to develop and co-brand both the Basic and Advanced NACS Category Management Frameworks
  • For over a decade, Lesley led hundreds of retailers through face-to-face, facilitated NACS Category Management Training programs, teaching the fundamentals of category management.
  • Lesley drove home the point that the industry was serving retailers well and that they too could also serve their industry, participate and give back.

Lesley will be recognized in the August issue of Convenience Store News magazine as well as at the NACS Show during a special event providing her the opportunity to address all attendees.

Please join us in congratulating Lesley for this accomplishment!
