The Impact 21 team maintains many industry associations and our leadership team is well represented on industry committees and boards. Since the inception of Impact 21 in 1998, our team has been engaged in many forums that educate, support and promote the industries we serve, from trade shows, magazine publications, webinars, roundtable discussions, share groups, and other speaking engagements. NACS- The Association for Convenience and Petroleum Retailing

Founded in 1961 as the National Association of Convenience Stores, NACS is the international association for convenience and fuel retailing. NACS serves the convenience and fuel retailing industry by providing industry knowledge, connections and advocacy to ensure the competitive viability of its members' businesses. The association shortened its name to NACS and added a qualifying statement that better defines its presence both internationally and at the retail fueling level: The Association for Convenience and Fuel Retailing.

Conexxus is a non-profit, member-driven technology organization dedicated to the development and implementation of standards, technologies innovation and advocacy for the convenience store and petroleum market. Conexxus membership collaborates on key present and future industry challenges and innovations. Our work efforts improve profitability by reducing the cost of IT ownership and improving the competitiveness of our members.

National Retail Federation (NRF)

NRF is the world’s largest retail trade association, representing discount and department stores, home goods and specialty stores, Main Street merchants, grocers, wholesalers, chain restaurants and Internet retailers from the United States and more than 45 countries. Category Management Association (CMA)

The Association encompasses a broad range of strategic insights and planning functions related to consumer, shopper, channel, and category strategy including: Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Space Management. The Association enables category management professionals to connect with peers around the world. It is an unbiased central resource for industry information and best practices, and is the only organization certifying coursework and individual category management professionals according to recognized, industry-wide standards.

CSP University

An exclusive, invitation-only event that brings together the most influential and progressive marketing and operation minds of the convenience retailing and petroleum industry. The event strives to bring fresh angles and insightful information that will help managers and directors execute and improve sales and profitability. CRU provides the time, place and activities leaders need to accelerate the process of building long-term, meaningful business relationships. CRU is where the greatest minds come together to share ideas, and transform them into a one-of-a-kind forum for discovery. From the retail side of the desk, CRU attracts nearly 300 category, operating and senior marketing executives with responsibility to drive sales, collaborate with suppliers on ad campaigns, sales initiatives and marketing efforts, implementation of creative thought and innovation, and manage sales and/or leadership teams who manage sales.
