
Impact 21 Welcomes AJ Stocker to the Team
Impact 21 announces that AJ Stocker has joined their roster of industry-leading consultants as a Principal Consultant. Stocker, a highly accomplished marketing, loyalty, and payments executive, brings over two decades of experience working with some of the most renowned brands in America. To her clients, she brings a focused, digital-first mindset to omnichannel engagement. Stocker is known for merging the art and science of data, research, and creative thinking to drive revenue and deeper, more profitable customer relationships.

Stocker previously served as Vice President of Strategic Consulting at Kobie Marketing, a global leader in brand loyalty and program management solutions. She led the Retail Vertical marketing and loyalty strategy team and the Consumer and Market Insights teams, developing and optimizing loyalty programs and digital-led marketing strategies for brands like Nike, Wawa, Meijer, CO-OP Financial Services, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Best Buy, Subway, Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, and Verizon. She has a proven track record of delivering incremental sales growth, optimizing loyalty program performance, and developing strategic partnerships.

Stocker also held senior marketing, loyalty, media, and creative operations leadership roles at Alliance Data Card Services (now dba Bread Financial), Big Lots, Inc., Victoria’s Secret, and The Longaberger Company, creating and executing portfolio strategies, growing client revenue, member acquisition, and retention rates, and producing award-winning TV campaigns. Stocker currently serves as the Executive Director and Board of Directors member for CBUS Retail – a non-profit association providing resources, support, and networking to retail professionals, service partners, and retail program students in the greater Columbus area.
