Design

It’s time to acquire insights on future requirements, business case, plans and options selected during the Explore Phase. Plans for moving forward and all transition and integration activities will be defined and designed. Change management and metrics are critical components of this phase, ensuring alignment of accountabilities, communication/engagement, training, and deployment plans for pilot and roll-out. The final step is to confirm expectations are clear and that all involved understand the plan. Then it’s go time!

The EDGE Portal serves as our project headquarters. All Impact 21 projects are managed using our world-class collaboration and project management portal, available 24/7 to all project and client resources. The portal tracks progress of the project across all phases and provides a quick-view for senior management to determine progress and check metrics.  

We’ve integrated intellectual property from years of consulting and implementation into the portal for client use. The portal has broad, dynamic capabilities. Strategic differentiators include:
